We have received multiple reports from users the past few days regarding the store listing images not appearing and other users having issues with connecting file uploaded via FTP to their products. We have identified an issue with the scheduled tasks that processes these tasks. We found the line giving the issue and are working through to find the underlying cause and solution. Update: 12/4/2018 9:00AM - We have resolved the issue with the product store images and FTP file upload processes. Files uploaded during the period of unavailability should now have been processed in the system. Please check existing products as needed.
