UPDATE: 1:35PM EST. The database has been moved successfully without any data issues. We are now seeing an issue with TLS 1.2 support on some pages of the site, including the login and download link pages. We are working to resolve them as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to resolve the connection issues, we can revert the TLS change without affecting any user data. That decision will be made by 4PM EST if we are unable to resolve the issues.
UPDATE: 1:54PM EST. We believe we have resolved this issue. We are working to sort out any additional bugs. Please report any problems to support@payloadz.com for any issue that occurs after 2PM EST.
UPDATE: 4:30PM EST. Since the update, the site has had file upload and FTP issues even since the last fix. We have reverted the update so that users can resume uploading new files into the system. We will make plans for another update period later. Thank you for your patience during our required maintenance period today.
