SOLVED - 8-20-2015 System Issue

We have an issue with one of our database servers that we are working to restore ethos moment. I estimate it to be fixed within the next three hours as we bring backup resources online. I know this is frustrating for you, as it is for us, but we are working to fix this as quickly as possible. We hope to have more details once we get the server back up and running.

 

UPDATE:

The service is coming back online and we are testing everything to make sure it is ok. It appears that the underlying hardware had a failure for one of our database instances. We still have to confirm this for sure. We are still working on this issue, so rest assured, we will work to see how we can minimize this issue in the future. I do apologize for the inconvenience once again, but do sincerely appreciate your patience.
