Today the site was having issues with the internal application pages and purchase links due to timeout problems related to the database server. We have resolved the issue and the site is operating normally now. We have identified the issue as related to a re-indexing process that we are now looking into further to see if we can prevent this from happening again in the future. Thank you for your patience.
