As of April 3, 2014, this issue is now fixed and you do not need to perform the steps below.
Internet Explorer 10 - File Upload Problem
We have confirmed that there is a problem when trying to upload files to their PayLoadz account when using Internet Explorer 10. If you experience a problem. In order to resolve the issue you will need to change the compatibility view settings.
To access compatibility view settings under the Tools menu or by using ( Alt + T ).
Once you open the compatibility settings you will need to add the URL "payloadz.com" and save. After doing so you should be able to upload files to your PayLoadz account using Internet Explorer 10.
