We have confirmed that for customers attempting to download MPEG4/MP4 formatted video files using Internet Explorer must right-click the download link,
Internet Explorer will require that the download link be right-clicked for the download link download and chose the "save as" option to download the file.
We recommend that if you are selling MPEG4/MP4 formatted video files that you may want to add instructions to customer using Internet Explorer. You can do this by going to your PayLoadz Profile and adding the instructions in the Download Page Text field.
