Early this morning we started receiving notifications regarding email delivery issues affecting the download emails going out for purchases. After spending time troubleshooting the issue, we were finally able to get the email server back up and running properly again and is now sending out emails for customer purchases.
Unfortunately, we were not able to recover all pending order emails that were pending. However, the order lookup system will still work for any customer that has not received their items.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has cause. We are now going to move our email delivery system over to a new system with better redundancy to prevent this issue in the future.
