A thank-you email is sent to each customer after successful completion of a purchase. You can customize this email by editing the default email, adding a custom message while creating a new product or by editing an existing product.
a. Customizing default thank-you email
1. Login to your PayLoadz account using your email/username and password.
2. Click on yourPayLoadz Profileunder the “Account” tab in the top navigation menu.
3. Scroll down to the “Purchase Email Text” option under the section “Other Options.”
4. Write the text that you wish to be sent in the email.
b. Customizing thank-you email while adding a new product
1. Login to your PayLoadz account using your email/username and password.
2. Click on Create a new product under the “Selling” tab in the top navigation menu.
3. Write the custom text in the space provided for the “Custom Thank You text (optional)” section in the “Basic Product Information” box.
c. Customizing thank-you email for an existing product
1. Login to your PayLoadz account using your email/username and password.
2. Click on View Products under the “Selling” tab in the top navigation menu.
3. Find the product that you wish to edit, and click on the “Details” link for that product.
4. On the Product Details page, click on the “Edit Product” button on the right-hand side.
5. Write the custom text in the space provided for the “Custom Thank You text (optional)” section in the “Basic Product Information” box.
