Product description - error message "Too many characters"
This problem occurs when copying and pasting product descriptions from document programs like Ms-Word and webpages into the description box.
Please do not copy content from Word, Document Programs or Webpages and then paste to the description box, this will add additional hidden formatting which our system recognizes as characters.
Please either type the content directly into the description box or first copy and paste content from Word, Document Programs or Webpages into a text editor such as Notepad and then copy the content from Notepad and paste into the description box and that will remove the hidden formatting.
Please note: The PayLoadz description field is limited to 8000 characters, however, you cannot enter more than 7000 characters in your description field as the system will add HTML formatting code that will add to the character count of the description which is used when publishing the product listing on the PayLoadz store.
