After a customer purchases a download they receive our auto response email through Payloadz. How do I edit the text of the auto response email?
There are two ways of changing this information. If you would like to change it for one specific Product please follow the instructions below.
To Edit your Product. Please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account.
2. Go to the tab "Selling" you will see a drop-down menu, select ""View Products"". This will take you to the "Products" page.
3. Find the product that you want edit, next to the product there is a link to click for "Details" click this link . This will take you to the "Product Detail" page for that product.
4. Click the "Edit" option and you will be taken to the "Product Set-up" page. Here you can make changes to Thank you email text here.
5. After the changes have been made click "Submit Product Information".
However, if you would like to change the Thank you Text sent for all your Products, go to the Account tab and from the drop down menu, select PayLoadz Profile and change the default Thank you text.
