Recipient does not accept [currency] error

During checkout, a buyer receives the following message:

"...this recipient does not accept payment denominated in [currency]. Please contact the seller and ask him to update his payments receiving preferences to accept this currency.... "


This issue occurs because of the PayPal Payment Receiving Preference setting for the

1. Log into your PayPal account and click on the "Profile" link.
2. Click on "Payment Receiving Preferences" or here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-pref
3. The first option for "Block payments sent to me in a currency I do not hold", set that to "No..." and save.

Or follow this if you are a seller to receive Payments in multiple currencies.


This will resolve the issue for accepting other currencies in your account. Alternatively, you can change your PayLoadz Profile currency by logging into your PayLoadz account and going to the Profile. Once there, set your currency to whatever currency you would like to use.
