My customer disputed their purchase - what can I do?

Unfortunately transaction disputes are handled according to PayPal's policies. Generally for digital products PayPal will side with the buyer.

The reason is that PayPal will accept no proof of delivery except a shipment tracking number from a postal service provider. While we disagree with this policy there is nothing we can do to influence PayPal or their policy in this regard.
